Canvas Art Sale for Charity 英語コミュニケーション学科

Inspired by a similar event held at Tokyo Midtown in 2019, students from Germainゼミ organised a canvas art sale event for the Keisen Festival. Blank square canvases were distributed to Keisen students and staff, who used them to create artwork using paint, pens, crayons, paper, and even dry flowers!
This is the second year Germainゼミ students organised the art sale. In 2021, we sold 30 canvases and raised around ¥12,000, which we donated to "Second Harvest Japan". This year, a total of 33 canvases were sold during the 2022 Keisen festival, and we raised ¥20200 which we will donate to "こども食堂". How much will we raise in 2023? Perhaps you will be there to help!

Using Advertising (広告), and the language of adverts and CMs, to learn English, understand other societies and the ways advertising influences them and us. My main focus is on the representation of gender in advertising, and how that affects men and women's perception of themselves and others.
